Wenatchee ATV Club Members Help Clean up the Trails. ~ Pack It Out ~

Merritt & Lois Faust decided to take the buggy out for an afternoon drive and picnic lunch Sunday. On their way back to the cabin they decided to take the lower loop home from French Corral to Deer Camp. They also though it would be fun to see how many aluminum cans they could pick up. Total: 62 aluminum cans 4 glass bottles 7 plastic bottles 1 large plastic spool 1 bread bag 1 plastic inner fender 2 shipping creates They had to stop about 2/3's of the way to Deer Camp because they ran out of time and room in the buggy.                                          Remember to Pack It Out, don't leave it in the woods!

Club Ride, Douglas Creek to Mansfield

Our first official club ride was from Douglas Creek up the Palisades to Mansfield and back. The whole ride was about a 80 mile ride. The club has a divers group of riders, and that was no different for our first club ride as we have quads, bikes, and side-by-sides, all working and playing together.

St. Patrick's Parade

Our club wanted to do something fun and different to help get our name out to the public. We started with the St. Patrick's Parade in Cashmere, WA and will continue to be in more parades. We are scheduled as a club to attend the Apple Blossom Parade and our looking for more to take part in.

Club Clean up: Number 2 Canyon

Many of our rides enjoy riding up Number 2 Canyon and have started to notice the amount of trash that gets left up there. We decided as a club to help the community out and do a little spring cleaning up Number 2 Canyon. We will continue to volunteer our time and efforts and help keep our trails and forest clean.
